This order was supposed to be a surprise for my wife. The delivery person doesn't understand anything. She disturbs the person to make the delivery, has to wait 1 hour outside saying that she is coming. Then tells her she'll be delivered in the evening. In the end, they left the parcel at the reception desk. Reception can't find the parcel. So no flowers were given to my wife for Valentine's Day even though I paid for them. After an exchange with the delivery man, he even had the nerve to call my wife "mad". Where the hell are we? You don't do your job properly and you dare talk like that.
