Хотела сделать сюрприз ,сказали место и время согласуют с получателем. А в итоге просто по факту приехали ,и поэтому курьеру пришлось ждать. И фото букета до отправки не отправили(

Can’t even updated customer if the delivery will be delay? We just waiting there without any notification since it showing will be sent between 8:45-9:15, after contacted the support then we only get contacted with the seller regarding [they are trying their best to deliver my order]. End up we received at 12:30pm
