Terrible experience overall. We booked this shop for a fast delivery (promised within 45-60 minutes), but the order arrived in 2,5 hours. The shop representative gave brief responses initially and then stopped communicating altogether. For an entire hour, we had no idea where the driver was. If you want to stress yourself, this is the shop to choose. P.S. The roses in the bouquet were nearly dead as there was no water bag for them attached
