The flowers are beautiful. But the courier got the wrong floor and left the flowers on another floor.

Delivery was supposed to be between 0830pm and 9pm, items was delivered at 0330pm Location was given, but driver requested from the recipient to send location I was unable to read all sms and emails because they were in Russian language
