Quality of the flower was very good. The bouquet looked exactly as it looks in the pic. It was delivered at the correct time. But the card and the message that I had mentioned wasn’t delivered. It was my friend’s 50th bday and they sent a card with Mother’s Day wish. It was v.embarrassing
