The bouquet was ordered on February 14th at around 2:33 PM, with a promised delivery window between 5 and 6 PM, as confirmed by the shop. Since we had plans to go out, we waited until 8 PM, yet there were no calls, updates, or messages regarding the delivery, even though the status showed "anytime now." The bouquet finally arrived at 1:10 AM on February 15th—far too late, as the moment had already passed. Highly incompetent and extremely disappointing.
