The bouquet of flowers was twice smaller than on original photo. Delivery was late by several hours without letting know about the delay.

Never buy flowers! this is the worst service I have come across. I ordered delivery at 11 am, the bouquet was delivered only by 6 pm. the surprise is spoiled, irresponsible people work in the company
