I ordered this delivery to my friend to give her a birthday surprise but she never received it. The security at the front desk confirmed that the courier took the flowers back with him so my friend never received her order. I paid a nice amount for this gift that not only never reached the recipient, but also left with the guy who was supposed to drop them off. Is there any way to redeliver this or get a refund to make this right? (My order number is: 8527184.)
