Bouquet is really nice, lush and as described. During the process they sent picture before delivery, delivered on time. But they didn’t use wrapping paper which was on the website picture

Shop didn’t answer messages and instead of delivering at 9pm they delivered at 3.38 am. Flowers were absolutely different from the photo
