This is absolutely worst store to deal with, first they promised to deliver at night time which was a lie, then delivery time moved to 9am and marked as delivered at 11am which was a lie , at 6pm I texted them they said delivery on the way, in 10pm I asked why receiver haven’t got flowers they said she said to leave them at the reception which was a lie because she didn’t, after that I left bad review and ask to do everything right I didn’t ask for the money I just asked to accept that they was lied to me and was keep saying it’s misunderstanding and this is on driver on everyone else but them so they refused to do so, they offered some perfume and some coupons but I refused because money never was an issue so I open dispute it was solved, they apologized asked me to remove review which I did because they said they have no business since review and it’s turned out that they called her about bad reviews and despute and asked her to talk to me about it - THAT IS UN ACCEPTABLE YOU SHOULD NOT DO BUISNESS EVER!!!
