My worst experience. The store wasted my time and nerves and delivered a terrible result. They didn’t send the photo of the plant for approval, despite my request, since it was a gift. After delays, they sent fake photos of two different plants, not the one being delivered, and only after the courier was already on the way. The plant that arrived was in awful condition, with wilting leaves, likely due to disease or poor care. Despite watering and proper placement, it died within four days because it was already in critical condition. When I opened a dispute, the store refused my refund request. Only thanks to Flowwow was I able to get my money back. However, the whole experience was ruined, especially since this plant was a birthday gift for someone important to me.
