I placed my order yesterday for a flower bouquet and chose the delivery time between 11 AM and 1:30 PM, which was very important to me. If you couldn’t deliver on time, you shouldn’t have accepted the order. Is this how you treat your customers? I’m really disappointed with the app/website—had I known this earlier, I would have ordered from somewhere else. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for delivery time. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for the website. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for the app. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for communication. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for support. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for customer care. Absolutely zero care for customers. Extremely disappointed!
