Цветы вроде не плохие, не видела их в живую. Но качество сервиса плохое. Сначала мне отправили фото другого букета, и поставили статус "в доставке". Написали, что перепутали. Но статус никак не сменили. Фото нового букета не прислали, хотя я просила. Очень долго отвечали на сообщения в приложении, пришлось связываться через вотсап. Там меня заверили, что цветы будут к сроку. Но доставку дотянули до последнего (стояло время 22:00-00:00). Цветы привезли на пару минут после полуночи, и то, узнала я об этом от получателя, в приложении цветы все ещё были в доставке, пришлось закрывать заказ самой. Это очень плохо, потому что цветы были сюрпризом, а мне приходилось узнавать у получателя, не пришло ли ему что-либо. Заставили меня волноваться
