I can understand everything, you didn't even send me the photo before knowing the flowers, I would have told you that they were not good like that, I honestly paid for another bouquet of flowers and it does not correspond at all to what arrived, also the quantity of flowers is less than that of the photo on the site not to mention all the rest. I with all the kindness in the world ask you for a partial refund of the purchase, I can not accept flowers like that what an impression I make. You could at least contact me and offer me something different.

I placed my order yesterday for a flower bouquet and chose the delivery time between 11 AM and 1:30 PM, which was very important to me. If you couldn’t deliver on time, you shouldn’t have accepted the order. Is this how you treat your customers? I’m really disappointed with the app/website—had I known this earlier, I would have ordered from somewhere else. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for delivery time. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for the website. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for the app. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for communication. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for support. ⭐ Minus 100 stars for customer care.
