I ordered this delivery to my friend to give her a birthday surprise but she never received it. The security at the front desk confirmed that the courier took the flowers back with him so my friend never received her order. I paid a nice amount for this gift that not only never reached the recipient, but also left with the guy who was supposed to drop them off.
