This order was supposed to be a surprise for my wife. The delivery person doesn't understand anything. She disturbs the person to make the delivery, has to wait 1 hour outside saying that she is coming. Then tells her she'll be delivered in the evening. In the end, they left the parcel at the reception desk. Reception can't find the parcel. So no flowers were given to my wife for Valentine's Day even though I paid for them.
