**Disappointing Experience with Floral Lane – Order Not Delivered on Time** I ordered flowers from **Floral Lane** via the **Flowwow** app on February 14th, intending to surprise my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. I placed the order around **17:00**, expecting timely delivery. However, by **22:00**, my girlfriend had still not received the flowers, which ruined the entire surprise. When I contacted the seller through the app's chat, their response was unprofessional and rude. Instead of greeting me properly and explaining the situation, they simply said **"Hello"** and claimed that they had no recipient’s phone number. This is completely unacceptable, as the ordering system does not allow a purchase without providing a phone number or address. If they needed clarification, they should have reached out to confirm the details earlier, not wait for me to contact them. Even after I provided the number again, they failed to apologize or take responsibility for their mistake. My girlfriend had to **search for their Instagram, contact them via WhatsApp, and call them directly** to resolve the issue. They assured her that the order was on its way, yet the delivery only arrived at **23:30**—more than an hour and a half later. Despite this terrible experience, no one from **Floral Lane** made a proper apology. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and extreme delay completely ruined a special occasion. I would not recommend this seller, as they are unreliable and do not care about customer satisfaction.
