Bad experience, no customer service delivery came late the next day at night and the quality of the item was poor. The ink on the card was completely faded and the message was. It even readable. More over the website has guaranteed a delivery the same day which didn’t came. The app shown delivered while the guy arrived almost one hour after

We took a bouquet for 6 hours. Bottom line, the evening is ruined. The bouquet is not the one that was ordered. The postcard wasn't put in. I do not recommend it!
