Заказывала цветы для дочери к бракосочетанию. Букет собрали очень красивый из свежих цветов. Но доставили его только через 6 часов (вместо заявленных на сайте двух)! ! Пришлось даже обращаться в службу поддержки. Спасибо, что повлияли на магазин и что через 4 часа там, наконец, занялись нашим заказом. Кроме того, вместо заказанной открытки с поздравлением в букет были вложены два чистых белых листа! Хотелось бы пожелать магазину улучшить сервис. К цветам и букету претензий нет.
