My order was not delivered, the driver delivered it to wrong address and not confirmed (was not placed a no call request while ordering). Also they dont speak english seems like

The order happen today is very disappointing and spoiled my valentines surprise to my wife. My order was place since last week and all the notes of timing are all communicated but today the delivery of the store was delayed my wife already off from work and the delivery is still late . The supplier didnt even update the delivery guy about it. So because of it i have to mentioned and asked my wife if she received it or not which spoiles the surprise... Next the quality of the bouquet and flower is so disappointed too for the roses looks old as for my wife the presentation was dry and not even presented same with on their online shop. Shes not so happy with it. Considering it is a Valentine Flower bouquet. Over all the quality of service, quality of the product and delivery are all disappointing and wasted and spoiled the valentine occasion of ours. I will not gonna order here again. I'm asking full refund for this for me and my wife are not happy and destroyed our valentine la celebration and surprise.
