First of all, the service is very bad. At first, the store sent me a photo of another bouquet, saying that they got it mixed up. And set the status "in delivery". I asked to send me a photo of my finished bouquet. The delivery time was 22:00-00:00. I had to write to WhatsApp, where they answered that the delivery would be from 23:00 to 00:00. Before handing over the bouquet to the courier, they did not send me a photo. The courier did not complete the order, and made me worry. I had to find out from the recipient whether he received the bouquet, and this is terrible, because the bouquet was a surprise. I found out that the bouquet was delivered after 0:00 from the recipient. It also turned out that the packaging of the bouquet does not match what I bought. if I could choose several reasons for opening a dispute, I would choose "delivery not on time" and "the goods do not match" The decision of this dispute: 5 stars from me, 25% discount from store.
