Опоздали с доставкой на 3 часа. Мы были в ресторане, у именинницы маленький ребенок. Мы измучились - весь вечер вместо приятного времяпрепровождения пытались связаться с магазином и выяснить, где курьер и когда будет доставка. Телефон магазина выключен. На связь в приложении они не выходили. Курьер объявился в момент, когда я хотела отказаться от заказа, но приехал не через 20 минут, как обещал, а через почти 2 часа. Доставили простые красные розы, а не гигантские красивые французские розы, которые я заказывала. Разочарована сервисом магазина и товаром. Праздник испорчен.
