The delivery was awful. The courier said that he couldn’t leave the flowers at the hotel reception. After a call to the hotel they said there was no delivery since the morning. The the courier said that he was not at the reception but talked just with the security. Bottom line, spent 2 hours chatting with the hotel and the courier to arrange the delivery. At some point the courier stopped answering that is very rude customer treatment. Flowers looks nice but all the problems with the delivery ruined everything. Would not advice to order here because of the delivery issues
