• shop is not accommodating/unresponsive • it didn’t match to the picture • it doesn’t comes with a postcard even it is included on your purchase • delivered very late • flowers are no longer fresh, it’s wilted already • the wrapping delivered dirty and have black marks • delivery guy gave the receipt to the receiver Overall, I’m disappointed. I know the bouquet is not expensive but the service they’re providing is very bad.
