For daily conditioning, apply virgin Jojoba all over the body immediately after bathing. Apply it either while the skin is still wet, permitting the skin to air dry after application, or apply it after gently blotting the skin dry, while the skin is still moist. It soothes and conditions sun- or wind-burned skin. Add a few drops of lavender, carnation, or lemon essential oils and the mixture will fend off pesky insects. Jojoba has an SPF of only 2-4. We do not recommend it for use as a sun screen alternative. We recommend applying Jojoba after sun exposure to soothe and maintain the skin.
