It was delivered at the wrong time. Four balloon fountains were ordered . They were brought with the equipment and all the couples of the fountain were confused with each other, it took another 30 minutes to reassemble the fountains on their own. They looked good, but torvaoa's tardiness and appearance left an imprint.
