Disappointed and Disheartened I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this flower shop. Despite placing an order well in advance for a special occasion, they failed to deliver. Not only did they ruin the surprise, but they also showed complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The lack of communication and incompetence displayed by this establishment is utterly unacceptable. I will never again trust them and strongly advise others to steer clear of such a negligent and unreliable flower shop.

Продавец не исполнил заказ. Ни на сообщения в приложении, ни на звонки не отвечал!!! Отвратительно! Если не можете обеспечить все заказы 14ого февраля, ставьте магазин на стоп и не принимайте заказы!

First of all the balloons was not like in the picture, it was transparent and lack of color. After my complain, the seller change some of them (not all of them) to the balloons like on the picture. In the end, I received only 14 balloons but paid for 15, 10 of them was gold and 4 was in different color😠 I was disappointed. Would not recommend this seller!!!
